  • All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • In case of delays due to stock issues or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Partners

  • We ship our products through reliable courier partners such as India Post, DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, or other recognized logistics providers.
  • Tracking details will be shared with you via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other Cities / Towns: 5–7 working days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service and delivery location.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be offered on selected orders or during promotional periods.
  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp/SMS.
You can use that link to track your shipment’s current status and estimated delivery date.

6. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are entered correctly during checkout.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

7. International Shipping

Currently, Veenolex Herbals ships only within India.
We do not process international orders at this time.
